| KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: |
| |
| Develop hermetic packages for optical sub assemblies and Integrated Circuits.
Identifies and set up manufacturing processes.
Work as a member of a multi-
disciplinary
team of design and production engineers to ensure that products designed meet performance specs, schedule commitments, and yield, cost, and quality targets. |

|
| SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: |
| |
|
- Able to design for manufacturability & quality
- In depth knowledge of microsystem manufacturing processes
and technologies
(wire bonding, die bonding, soldering and gluing)
- Familiar with REM, yield, aging and stress analysis
- Understanding of welding processes
- Knowledge about Lithography, plasma, sputter, electro plating processes are desired
- B.S. M.S. or Diploma in electrical engineering, Chemistry or Physics required
