Design engineer on transponder products, responsible for design, and electro-optic characterization    and system verification.
    Work as a member of a multi- disciplinary team to ensure that products designed meet performance    specs, schedule commitments, and yield, cost, and quality targets.

   SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced in designing high speed electronic circuits for communications systems.
• Deep understanding of RF effects
• Used to layout printed circuit boards for RF applications
• Strong technical skills - design and experimental - required.
• Knowledge of fiber optic transmission systems desired.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team to meet schedules, cost, yield, and performance targets.
• Good communication skills.
• A minimum of 3 years related job experience required.
• B.S. M.S. or Diploma in electrical engineering or Physics required
